About Alison:
Alison Rucker is a Tacoma based actress and ballet teacher. She grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada and pursues a Musical Theatre BFA, and Dance Minor at Pacific Lutheran University. She has been training in musical theatre performance for nine years and her specialty is in dance. Alison’s most recent credits include theatre and dance performances at Pacific Lutheran University, Drama Dock, Tacoma Musical Playhouse, and Tacoma Little Theatre. More specifically, Mimi in RENT, Rumpleteazer in CATS, and Betty/Dance Captain in the new musical Winghaven Park. In 2022 PLU awarded Alison Outstanding Leading Performance for the role: Leading Player in Pippin. Her career goals after graduating in 2025 are to make her classes at Tutu School more engaging, diverse, and accessible; and to expand her experiences in the Tacoma/Seattle area!
